We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 5 days to receive the full credit on your credit card. (If shipped after 5 days customer will receive store credit only) Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and lingerie are final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

Return Instructions
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

To better serve our customers we are NOW offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 or $10 Flat Rate shipping on orders under $100 via USPS. We also offer a FREE pick up in store option for local customers, no contact curbside pick up by calling 540-368-2111 or FREE local delivery!

After your order has shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
